About the role

As our Technical Delivery Manager, you'll be the liaison between our engineering team leads and product teams, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and collaborative process that drives timely, high-quality releases. 

You’re proficient at managing timelines and resources but also dive into the details of product stories, collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders. 

You're exceptionally organized, keeping everyone aligned, on track, and informed. You anticipate bottlenecks, proactively address roadblocks, and ultimately ensure that the right features get shipped at the right time.

This is a unique opportunity to have a real impact on our company's growth and success as you'll work closely with our Head of Engineering, Engineering Team Leads, and Chief Product & technology Officer, gaining invaluable experience in a remotely distributed, innovative environment. You'll also have the chance to build and refine processes that optimize our development cycle, leaving your mark on our organization.

  • Support and empower team leaders by turning abstract product ideas or requirements into actual working features for successful implementation 
  • Prioritize tasks and balance engineering team workload.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure PRD readiness and participate in refinement meetings.
  • Translate product stories into actionable Jira tickets.
  • Drive progress by monitoring in-progress work, identifying and resolving blockers.
  • Coordinate UAT and documentation for story acceptance.
  • Facilitate weekly planning meetings and organize cross-departmental meetings as needed.
  • Oversee the product roadmap and maintain a prioritized task backlog.
  • Prepare time reports and ensure accurate categorization of tasks.

Who we’re looking for 

  • Proven track record: You have 2-3 years of experience in software project management
  • Remote team expertise: You excel at collaborating with and coordinating remote engineering teams
  • Technical proficiency: You have a solid understanding of software development principles, ideally with experience in Java or Python and basic UI/UX fundamentals (web application, client-server communication)
  • Tool mastery: You're comfortable using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and have a knack for translating product requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Communication ace: You possess exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams
  • Problem-solver extraordinaire: You're proactive, resourceful, and adept at finding solutions while balancing accuracy and speed to get things done 
  • Team player: You bring tenacity underpinned by self-awareness and empathy
