Why is this role important?
At FNA, we're not just building software; we're building a safer, more resilient financial world. Our fraud and scam solutions are at the forefront of this mission, empowering countries and financial institutions to combat financial crime and protect vulnerable populations. FNA’s Director of Anti-Fraud and Scam Solutions will report to the President and be a key player in this fight, leading the charge in developing and delivering cutting-edge technology that makes a real difference.

- Drive business growth while working alongside the Sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise as a subject matter expert to support the sales pipeline.
- Leverage your thought leadership during client roundtables and speaking engagements, and partner with Marketing to develop engaging content (articles, whitepapers, videos) and execute impactful campaigns.
Who we are looking for:

You'll fit right in if you bring:
- 15+ years experience defining end-to-end fraud program strategy, scoping problems, and designing solutions with internal and external stakeholders (product, engineering, sales) with proven execution.
- Experience of representing organisational priorities at conferences and events and producing influential thought leadership content, ideally in a high-growth company.
- Firm understanding of payment systems, fraud detection technologies, and risk management tools with familiarity of emerging trends.
- Fraud expertise and understanding of fraud operations (risk management frameworks/programs, fraud analytics, fraud risk and controls, fraud detection operations, fraud analytics, SAR filings, mule detection, and fraud-related laws, rules, regulations, and industry practices).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Experience in remotely managing cross-functional teams and third-party relationships.
- You're a team player with tenacity underpinned by self-awareness and empathy.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
