About the Role:

As Director of Product Management for Fraud Solutions, you'll work closely with the Chief Product Officer and the Director of Fraud Solutions to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy and roadmap. You will be a driving force behind our fraud-fighting technology, collaborating with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end product development by understanding client pain points, defining product requirements, managing development, testing, and launching FNA’s fraud products. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure the product strategy aligns with business objectives.
  • Own the process of creating Solutions definition and demos.
  • Coordinate internally on product requirements, features roadmap, solution-productisation
  • Collaborate to develop Client Solution Roadmaps (with Client Success), and incorporation of the Solution into the FNA Product Development Roadmap.
  • Gather requirements and design inputs from clients for the development and deployment of National Fraud Portals.
  • Technical lead on fraud client engagements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and data science.
  • Develop and lead a Fraud Software Solutions team.

Who we are looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in the payments fraud field.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science to develop and enhance fraud detection tools.
  • Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Some coding skills (Python) are advantageous.
  • Experience with products leveraging AI is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
